Happy 4th of July Weekend everybody! Here are five amazing recipes to add to your menu!   Green Goddess Burger It wouldn't be the Fourth of July without a good burger recipe. This burger is a bit different than your standard cheeseburger! It has an herbed yogurt sauce with avocado and all the green fixings!  Pimento Mac and Cheese Bites A bit on the ambitious side, but worth the work. These mac and cheese bites as pure Americana, stuffed with pimento cheese, and would be a great side dish or appetizer for any BBQ party this weekend!  Shrimp Jalapeno Poppers While vastly easier to make than the mac-n-cheese bites, these shrimp poppers pack big flavors. You can make them in the oven or on the grill!  Spicy Corn Salad For a lighter side dish option, this corn salad is a great option for summer. Grilled corn tossed with a few other simple ingredients, it's the perfect side dish for a 4TH celebration.  Rainbow Salad This is just a stunner of a salad, but the flavors also really work. The mix of slightly bitter purple cabbage with sweet mango and blueberries is a wonderful flavor combo. Once it's mixed up, it's still very pretty and can be made in advance!
