PLEASE tell me that you love asparagus as much as I do! I eat it YEAR ROUND, but when it's in season and extra inexpensive during the summer, I find myself eating it multiple times per week (and loving every bit of it!).
Personally, I really love parmesan on my asparagus (no matter how I cook it), and I've absolutely fallen in LOVE with Violife's Vegan Parmesan -- it's a great option for people avoiding dairy but who love cheese on asparagus like me 😋
Easy to make with just a few ingredients, asparagus is a flavorful side dish that pairs wonderfully with a variety of entrees. And did I mention it's National Asparagus Day (yep, for real)? You just can't go wrong with this one!
