A Squeaky Clean Banana Walnut Muffin Recipe
This healthy banana nut muffin recipe is made with only real food ingredients. Bananas, walnuts, and flaxseed all provide extra boosts of nutrients.
They are gluten free, refined sugar free, and only 5 net carbs each! If you're dairy free, simply substitute the butter for ghee and the half and half for oat milk (or similar).
