Glazed Brownies (egg-free)!

Happy Hump Day! Hope you're week is going well, and if it's not, this will cheer you up: AIP Glazed Brownies and you can make them keto too just by changing up the sweetener. These are egg, nut and dairy free and coconut free too if you omit the glaze. They're really easy to make and I'm working on a recipe video to share on social media too. 

 

Yesterday on Storie's I was talking about reacting to a supplement I was taking. I felt really bad for 4 days, so tired and out of it, brain fog and a bad mood. It was really getting to me, but my food has been on point, but it was abhwagandha in one of my supplements. Just a reminder that supplements aren't always good for you and to always read the ingredients and labels. If you have a gluten allergy or intolerance it's really important to make sure you supplements are labeled gluten free, don't just assume they are. 

 

A question I get a lot are what are the supplements I think are most important. I like to keep it simple. 

A good probiotic, my favorite is Megaspore Biotic

A good Omega3, fermented cod liver oil is great!

For sleep and stress support, Magnesium Glycinate

Because everyone is deficient, Vit D with K!

As I'm wrapping up the last 2 weeks of the May Better Together Group I am thankful that I get to help people for a living. I am grateful for this community and all of you. The last year has brought us so many challenges and there have been so many changes. I think those of us with autoimmunity have been feeling it in our health, in our bodies. I know how hard its been, physically. The stress manifesting in symptoms and feeling like there's nothing you can do to stop it. I've helped 43 people connect with their body, and slow down and listen to their stories and struggles and answered their questions. I just want to share with all of you that yes, diet IS really important but it is not everything. You can't out diet or out supplement being over worked, being lonely or feeling overwhelmed with the sate of the world. Take care of you. Find joy. Celebrate the small things. Go outside and hug a tree, pet a puppy, smile at a baby. Reach out to your people and tell them that you love them.
