Smart weekend prep and ready-made items means faster keto meals.
Here's what I do:

  • Prepare my quiche for the week. (while it cooks I...)
  • Grill or bake protein for lunchtime salads & wraps.
  • Pre-cook ground beef or cook shredded chicken in the Instant Pot for dinner later in the week.

Let's put it in practice.
