As promised yesterday, here is my #1 most popular recipe. It is my '30-minute Black beans and Rice' recipe.
This is my go-to whenever I am in a pinch for time and run out of ideas. It is a wholesome one-pot meal that uses mostly pantry-staple ingredients. If you have a pressure cooker or an Instant pot, then it takes less than 30 minutes to make this dish. But even without these appliances, you can still make it in 45 minutes.
