[Secret 4] This 15 Minute Trick will Save You HOURS

Hi there we --

I know the weekends always seem to fly by way too quickly, but typically you have a little more free time on Saturdays and Sundays.

My 4th secret is to make the most of that time and get ahead for the week!

One of my favorite ways to do this is to prepare vegetables for the week.

Secret #4: 15 Minute Trick that Saves Hours

There are a lot of different ways to do this, but one of my favorite ways is just to cut up vegetables to snack on. And they're not only for snacks!

  • Prepared vegetables can be used when packing school lunches
  • Carrot sticks can be put in the oven at night for a quick roasted vegetable
  • Celery that has been washed and cut into sticks can quickly be diced to toss in some soup.
  • Broccoli that has been washed and cut into florets can be thrown into spaghetti sauce for extra veggies.
  • Cucumbers that have been sliced can be put on a bed of lettuce for a quick dinner salad
  • Bell Pepper slices can be used in a quick stir-fry

It's a small step, doesn't take long, but it will make your week so much easier!

Of course, vegetables are always better with dip! I always prepare a batch of healthy dip to go with the vegetables.
