If you're going to be successful on a keto diet you're going to need to know what to look for at the grocery store. The easiest way to do this is to start with a very minimal list of items to look for on your first few trips to the grocery store. You will have room to expand this list in the future, but you really only need these 21 items to be successful. Don't feel like every item on this list is essential. Pick the ones you like and disregard the ones you dislike. Small changes to your diet over a long period of time is the recipe for success, so don't feel like you have to rush out and get a bunch of foods you don't like.
