Try this vegan version of butter chicken or butter paneer. Versions differ based on restaurants and chefs and I have slightly different versions on the blog and my book too. This one though...
I love, love, loved this recipe! Butter chicken was one of my favourite dishes, and this was my first time having something similar in my three years of going vegan. The only thing I changed was to add a bit more cashew cream to make the sauce richer, but other than that it was perfect!
