One-pan dinners are great – they are quick to make and leave a minimal mess to clean up afterward. This chicken skillet meal is filled with crunchy vegetables, spicy jalapenos, and a creamy sauce! It's one of my favorites to make year-round, but would be perfect for cooler nights where you just want something warm and homey. Plus, it's sure to give you leftovers – easy to grab for lunch the next day or dinner later in the week.

This Italian chicken meal is an easy, one-pan dinner! I kept the ingredients minimal to keep this recipe simple. What ties this chicken skillet all together is the Italian dressing. The dressing keeps the chicken juicy while the broccoli, spinach, and tomatoes have the perfect pairing taste.

Living on the keto diet doesn't mean you have to take a lot of time to prepare your meals. This sheet pan with chicken sausage and green beans is a delicious and easy low-carb dinner! Simply toss these ingredients in olive oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. These not only take 20 minutes to cook but there are only 4 ingredients! I kid you not when I say this is a super easy keto dinner!
