 Hello friends, Last week, a reader emailed asking how to add fillings to sourdough (think: rosemary, olives, raisins etc.). It's very easy to do, and it takes about 2 minutes tops. And best of all: it's fun! To see this technique in action, I've put together a step-by-step tutorial and video for you to check out. I've also included my Olive Sourdough Bread recipe with thyme, lemon zest and Parmesan cheese.
