Bad news first?  Mid week, we got the kind of message that no one likes to receive: our scribes are stuck on a UPS plane overseas that has broken down (story verified with official sources, they don't want to unload the plane and put the cargo on a different one because it's a ton of work) - and we *hope* it gets fixed within a week so our package starts to move.
