I also did a whole lot of baking from Puff the Bakery School this month. I'm almost 70% done with volume 2 and am determined to finish before the school year starts back up again. So far this month I've made a phenomenal raspberry ripple baked alaska for 4th of July and a chocolate mascarpone mille-feuille just yesterday. Both were absolutely miserable to bake in the heat, but they turned out delish! Next up, we tackle croissants. That's it so far this month.
