Homemade ice cream is amazing, but to be honest it's kinda a pain in the a** to make.
- First you make the ice cream liquid base.
- Then you have to chill it.
- Next you churn the ice cream in a little machine.
- And then it has to freeze.
Ugh! It's delicious, but always an ordeal.
Then I learned about no-churn ice cream and it completely blew my mind.
- No machine required.
- Just a few ingredients.
- And a whole lot less steps!
I gave it a try and completely fell in love. 97% as good as the real stuff (which to me is just as good), and I can't get over how simple it is to make.
