| | | | July 4th is a few days away, and if you're getting together with friends and family this year (phew!), I hope you have a safe, fun, and yummy holiday! Here are just some of my quick picks for dishes to make over the holiday: Recently, on Instagram, I've been showing a bit more of our outdoor backyard fun! I've really tried to make the most of our outdoor space and I wanted to share some of our favorites so far, in case some of you need some ideas to step up your backyard game: Those are just some of the things we're loving, currently! Have a beautiful July 4th - we're going to spend a lot of it organizing the twins' room (Luca's new bed comes Friday, so we plan on combining Luca and Roma's rooms!) It's supposed to be somewhat of a rainy start to the long weekend, so we figured it was a good time to start! To follow along, check out Instagram. Ali Maffucci Founder, Inspiralized Quote of the week: "Some of the best memories are made in flip-flops." - Kellie Elmore | | | Vegan White Bean Niçoise Salad - This vegetarian version of the classic niçoise salad uses roasted white beans and caper to offer a similar seafood flavor and aroma, while staying plant-based. A simple dressing and all the classic niçoise accoutrements make this a satisfying salad for any occasion. | | | Grilled Baked Potatoes - This simple summertime recipe is 100% plant-based, thanks to @lightlifefoods Plant-Based Ground product, which packs in 10g of plant-based protein per serving and has an ingredient list you can pronounce! | | | Twin Pregnancy Recap: Weeks 21 to 26 - With both of my pregnancies (Rom and Luca), I did monthly or every 6-week or so updates during my pregnancy. Since this pregnancy will be slightly shorter (with identical twin pregnancies you're not advised to go past 37 weeks, apparently!) I want to get in some updates! This update will recap week 21 through the end of week 26 (6 weeks!) and then my next update will probably be my last! | | | currently loving & reading | | - This skirt with this top makes the cutest summer set!
- I get a lot of questions about these cat eye sunnies and I finally found the link!
- It's hard to find dresses that aren't too short for pregnancy but aren't too frumpy and long - this dress is the perfect in between and ideal for when you want to look cute and a little sexy, showing some leg (but not too much, ya know?)
- We're renting a house down the shore in a couple of weeks and I wanted an inflatable pool large enough for the kids to actually enjoy, so I'm excited for this one.
- I was worried this dress was going to be a bit frumpy, but it's not at all.
- A very cute hat for the summer.
- Cool shirt to keep the man in your life stylish.
- I've always searched for the simplest apron, and I think I've found it here.
- The chicest smock dress I've seen yet, in black.
- Obsessed with this romper.
