Summer is in full swing and my family is going bonkers for my Asparagus Salad with Tomatoes and Basil. 

There's nothing better than a summer salad that's easy, the bonus here is that the ingredients make this summer salad incredibly healthy too.

Health Tip of the Day -- Keep your feet in shape! 

  • Walking - walking is a great way to develop strength in your feet  
  • Balancing - balance on each foot for 30 seconds at a time twice a day
  • Foot Soak - soak your feet in warm water and a bit of Epsom salt
  • Foot Massage - massage your feet with oil for 5 minutes before bed
  • Yoga Toes - gently stretch your feet; use 5 minutes a day
Can you believe almost a quarter of the bones in our body, are in our feet?!?! Our feet not only ground us and connect us to the earth but also help regulate various full-body systems such as the circulatory system. By taking care of our feet we can experience a number of health benefits including improved sleep, mood, and more!
