I don't typically blog savory recipes anymore, but we make this recipe A LOT, so it needed a permanent place on my blog.
When I say this is the BEST Creamy Balsamic Dressing, I mean it. After throwing away bottle after bottle of store-bought dressings, I have finally found the balsamic dressing of my dreams in this recipe. 🥗
It's thick, creamy, tangy, and sweet. (A lot like the citrus-balsamic dressing on the Quesadilla Explosion Salad at Chili's.)
Our whole family loves this dressing. It never lasts very long at our house.
I've made this dressing two ways: with oil and with Greek yogurt. They are both good and similar in taste and texture, so whether you want the full indulgence or a healthier dressing, I've got you covered.
