
I admit that I get in cheeseburger and spaghetti ruts with the ground beef that's always stock piled in my freezer, but do a little happy dance anytime I remember my 15 Minute Korean Beef. It is SUCH a hit, and nice change of pace.
95% of the ingredients are fridge and pantry staples, and it truly does come together in less than 15 minutes. Scoop the meat onto lettuce wraps or over cauliflower rice for a low-carb option, or over cooked white rice for a more traditional meal.
