Dinner doesn't have to stress you out, and using your slow cooker is the perfect way to eliminate a lot of the stress of planning, timing, and coordinating dinner.
Today I'm sharing a great recipe to pop in your slow cooker in the morning and return home at the end of the day to a dinner that is MADE.
Here's what's great about this recipe:
- Very little prep! No need to saute vegetables or anything, just throw it all into your slow cooker!
- It makes a lot. BUT it freezes great, which means it will come in really handy on another crazy busy day, too.
- It's flexible. Make it spicier, make it more mild. Serve it on buns, sliders, or lettuce wraps. Or just eat it plain! It's fantastically delicious no matter what.
