When I heard that a new Hainanese chicken restaurant opened in Wuhan (with good ratings), I decided to give it a try. Personally, I thought that it wasn't as good as the one in Tianjin (the skin on the chicken in Tianjin was unforgettable), but it was still quite excellent. I especially liked the meatball soup and the extra ginger scallion paste that was served with the chicken. This is one to be revisited. This free site is ad-supported.
