The First Class King of Ogun State, Ifo Kingdom, HRM Alayeluwa Oba Abdulsemiu Adewale Ogunjobi and the Arolagbade 1, of Abule orile Ifo has set out a week long ceremony to celebrate his 5th years on throne with the good people of Ifo land in Ogun State beginning from 23rd to 29th of August 2021 at Orile community primary School Ifo.

The public relation officer of the 5th years Anniversary planning committee, Mr. Temidayo Badmus disclosed this on Friday while chatting with the Skynews correspondent,that the ceremonies were lined up to begin with the Worship of Iyemoja on Monday 23rd August, 2021 at Orile Ifo River between 9am to 11am,along side on the same day at old Bank bus stop,Cultural show by the Theatre group in Ifo palace and a Fuji musician to entertain the community people by 4pm.

He expressed further that tradition would never stopped to feature its culture that Tuesday 24th of August shall feature the worship of the series of the Land deity by 8am to 2pm, followed by the group of Schools and market men and women to pay homage to the Oba in his palace and installation of 2 new chiefs.

He noted therefore that the Ifo must take a new shape for the progress of the people as Wednesday 25th of August shall be installation of palace chiefs between 9am to 4pm. While the day would also feature a Royal night at Oyebami Hotels at Ifo land.

Thursday to feature Boxing competition day right in front of the Oba palace and the new Chiefs shall organise Salujo Okanla A. K. A 7:30 side attraction for the day programmes.

Friday 27th of August scheduled to entertain the Ifo indigenes both home and abroad .

The Sunday programme as the 29th August, 2021, is the grand finale ceremony to be held at the Orile community primary school Ifo Land Ogun state, hee concluded.
