Oatmilk Ice Cream

This week on the blog, we've got No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, Baked Zucchini Fries, Creamy Tomatillo Avocado Salsa, and our friend Dr. Qadira Ali Huff, a plant-based pediatrician and lifestyle medicine physician, wrote an article about Plant-Based Eating for Kids.

Beyond Meat and Pizza Hut are teaming up to debut a new pizza featuring plant-based pepperoni. The pizza will be available initially at 70 Pizza Hut locations in five markets.

Baskin-Robbins is adding oat milk ice cream cones to locations nationwide. If you're in the mood for a sweet treat, head on over for their non-dairy salted fudge bar flavor!
