Hi there, I hope you're having a nice day. This week I shared a Galbi-Style Marinated Steak. It uses a fruity Korean BBQ sauce to marinate a flank steak, then cooks it until juicy and tender. You can either serve it like a regular steak with some sides, or wrap it in lettuce leaves with some hot sauce. I made it on the stovetop but you can create an even better result on the grill. To serve with the steak, I highly recommend my Sesame Noodles. The dish takes no time to whip together and is always a crowd pleaser. You can make a quick one-bowl dinner by topping it with your favorite vegetables and proteins. It's also a perfect side side if you're hosting a BBQ party. Latest update on my garden - after the groundhog ate all the sweet peas, cauliflower, cucumbers, and kale, we decided to relocate it. Then we found out we had not one, but two of them! Now that they're relocated, my vegetables are slowly growing back. The bitter melons are getting bigger (none of the wild animals liked it lol), and my cucumber plants and Japanese sweet potatoes are coming back. I'm looking forward to the fall harvest. That's all for today! I hope you have a great week ahead and happy cooking! Maggie | |
