My older brother and I keep sending each other pictures of our bubbling Skillet Shepherd's Pie in an apparent competition of who makes it more often, and therefore loves it the most.
What can I say, some rivalries never die!
There is so much to love about this dish - ultra comforting, made with fridge and pantry staples, and between our six kids and two spouses, there's never a drop left.
