|     Camping with Kids! We are lucky enough to live in an area with decent camping just a short drive away and we honestly don't take advantage of it as much as we should. That said, this is the weekend we are loading up (and I mean loading up) the car and spending some time without screens and with bugs. There will be food. There will be exploring. There will be camp beers! When I return I'll probably post some updates on our trip on the old Instagram. HAPPY FRIDAY! LET'S COOK!
BLUE CHEESE STEAK SALAD It's August and if you aren't eating peaches, I'm not sure what you are doing?! This Blue Cheese Steak Salad is a perfect light summer meal with grilled peaches and just a few add-ins. YUM. 
CHERRY TRIFLE WITH WHIPPED MASCARPONE You can probably still snag some fresh cherries and this easy dessert is my Macheesmo version of a semi-homemade situation. Cherry compote with a quick whipped mascarpone served with store-bought sponge cake! It works! 
CRISPY PANKO FISH STICKS It's back-to-school season and I'm looking forward to revisiting these Crispy Panko Fish Sticks I made for Simply Recipes a year ago. My kids LOVED them. Happy weekend everybody! __________________________________________________________
