A fall version of my Pan-Banging Cookies, with ginger and molasses!

Pan-Banging Ginger Molasses Cookies! I don't know about you, but I'm ready for all the warm spices and cozy treats. And I always welcome these in the cooler months. ⁣

(baking note): The cookies will still cook on the pan after you take them out of the oven, resulting in the perfectly chewy center with crisp edges. That's why you'll notice the directions have you pang them a few less times than the pan-banging chocolate chip cookies.⁣⁣
