Hello we,
Put those steak pan juices to work with this amazing red wine jus. It's tangy, rich and decadent.
The addition of beef stock ensures it stretches far enough that everyone has plenty!
You can make it ahead or while your steak is cooking and resting, adding the pan juices in at the end of cooking - so that steak doesn't go cold.
