Are you a salad eater?
I LOVE big salads but they have to have lots of mix-ins to make them yummy and keep me full.
In fact, having one big salad a day is a tip I give to all my 1:1 weight loss clients because it helps keep you nice and full (so if you're trying to lose weight, having more salads might really help you)
If they're not loaded with enough goodies though, you'll find yourself hungry VERY SOON.
