The COVID Vaccine & Why Food Intolerance Tests are a Waste of Time/Money.

Its October we!

May I be the first to wish you a happy October - I started the month with a very wild, windy, and cold dip in my local loch this morning. My conclusion was - it's definitely colder than it was!
But I wanted to show up again here in your inbox with some of the wonderful free resources I've been sharing on the podcast.
And I seem to be on a 'let's talk about lots of controversial things' theme...
1. I answer your questions on the COVID Vaccine and how to make empowered medical decisions for yourself. >>> Listen here
(Which thank you for all your wonderful feedback on this - it did my heart good to know that people can be respectful and kind even when we disagree!)
2. Then - whilst less controversial - is still something I get asked about A LOT - is why I think food intolerance tests are a waste of your time and money. >>> Listen here.

Ohhhhhh juicy.
And while we are on the topic of wasting time and money... (I hate doing both - don't you?)
I have taken on a lot of new clients in the last few weeks and all of them have come to me having done a lot of the above.
Spending ages googling, reading, and trying to implement all this 'good healthy advice' without getting anywhere. Spending money on this great expensive shake, supplement, or treatment - that hasn't shifted anything (because it never addressed the root cause!).
Not fun and very frustrating.
With more than one of these clients, we had actually already spoken about working together 3 or more years ago but they decided to just keep going it alone. And can I tell you - it didn't go well for any of them.
One of these new clients, in particular, was SO frustrated as she feels worse, not better. (So we already started on some mindset and self-forgiveness work! Remember bullying your present or past self gets you nowhere!)
But here's the clincher.
She has lots of knowledge, is intelligent, capable, and proactive.
But she just got totally stuck in terms of knowing what to do, what to focus on, and how to make it sustainable. She needed support, strategy and someone else to make it easier so that she stopped yo-yo-ing from one thing to the next. (That is where I come in!)

I am now basically fully booked BUT I will wrap up with one client in a few weeks (and yes her energy is so much improved she is doing yoga in the morning and Triathalon training in the evenings and her eczema is clearly up wonderfully - thank you for asking!) so I have 1-2 spaces for a new client starting w/c 25th October. After this, I don't think I will have any space until the beginning of 2022.

So if you are at ALL interested, have questions you want to be answered, aren't sure if I can help you specifically, or if you are too complicated or 'beyond help' (people ask me that a lot FYI) then the best, simplest and most efficient thing to do is book a Zoom call with me here.
These are chilled chats where you will find out more about working with me and if it's the right thing for you. I will ask you some simple questions beforehand and then outlined to you what your program might look like, what lab test might be helpful OR if I don't think I can help you I will refer you to something/one that I think will.
Win-win.
So book your call here so we can catch and so that you can wave goodbye to bloating and burnout, and you can walk into the New Year feeling energised, and a little bit more in love/like with your body...... I mean count me in on that ;)

Much love,

PS. Feel free to hit reply to this email - I genuinely love hearing from you and helping you in anyway I can ;)

Don't want me in your inbox anymore, doing some decluttering, or dislike my horrendous use of English grammar? No worries BUT you will miss out on exclusive freebies and other offers but do what feels GOOD ;)
