PECAN SOFTIES

WITH SEA SALT AND DARK CHOCOLATE

With hints of salt and hunks of roasted pecans, this cookie tastes like anything but keto! By making the cookie base in a food processor, you can get a rough chop which leads to a lower calorie yield per cookie, plus its easy cleanup and comes together in minutes! It calls for less butter than a traditional "sandy" but you won't miss any of the fat as the nuts are both naturally great sources of healthy fats.

If you're baking for one, keep them in the freezer for portion control and pull them out one at a time when you need a treat!

NEW RECIPE IDEAS TO TRY

CINNAMON BLONDIE PECAN BARS

These cinnamon blondie pecan bars remind me of the fall season. The flavor is deliciously spiced with fall flavors like cinnamon and pecans. Although not as thick as traditional brownies, the pecan layer adds a nice crispy and almost caramel like flavor to the top.
LEMON & ROSEMARY SHORTBREAD COOKIES

The second you put these in your mouth, it's hit with a refreshing wave of lemon. Hints of salt might come through before the rosemary finally takes the first strike. When it does, the herbaceousness will fill your mouth for only a moment before the lemon fights back. These are balanced fantastically.

CREAMY COCONUT EGGNOG

This keto eggnog recipe will be a hit – it's thick, creamy, delicious, and will knock your socks off! If you're new to keto and haven't had alcohol – be careful as this can make you drunk. I put a lot of alcohol in mine as we have a family that seem to build up a higher tolerance every year I see them.

MAPLE CREAM CHEESE PUMPKIN MUFFINS

This keto recipe screams fall. The pumpkin muffin exquisitely mixed with maple and cream cheese come together to make a delicious dessert (or snack)! The sweet notes of nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon are a perfect pairing against the pumpkin, maple, and rich cream cheese.

LOW-CARB VANILLA FRAPPUCCINO

Everyone needs a pick-me-up during the frantic cooking and baking of the holidays. I wanted to recreate this infamous drink but with fewer carbs and upping the decadence! What I created is a smooth and creamy real frappuccino, made with actual brewed coffee!

CREAM CHEESE TRUFFLES

These keto fat bomb cream cheese truffles are decadent bites full of chocolate, coffee, and rum flavors. Instead of using chocolate we're using unsweetened cocoa powder. You won't have to worry about finding a specialty chocolate brand to make these. There's also no cooking involved, so they are incredibly easy to make.

RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE THUMBPRINT COOKIES

These little cookies are baked with a creamy cheesecake and raspberry filling. These remind me a lot of the holiday cookie season, but they're great to serve up for any special occasion. Everyone will be glad that you made them. Plus, at just over 2 net carbs per servings, you can feel free to indulge a little too.

ALMOND & COCONUT CRACKLE COOKIES

When cookie season rolls around, you are going to need something to tide you over. These cookies are easy to make and are great for tea, packed lunches, or a family get-together. If your house is anything like mine, you can stash them in a decorative tin as gifts. Everyone loves baked goods!
