Happy New Year's Eve!

Last Day to Support FAACT this Year - and possibly
win a gift!

Thank you to everyone who has graciously supported FAACT this year.

We had many successes this year and last and pivoted in ways we never expected. We are very excited about the programs and initiatives we have planned for 2022 - and can't wait to hopefully see everyone in person.

This year's accomplishments included:

  • Published 50 new episodes (99 total) of FAACT's Roundtable Podcast with important conversations about managing food allergies during the Covid-19 pandemic. Topics ranged from supporting your family's mental health and up-to-date food allergy discussions to accommodations in schools, managing holidays safely, and more.

  • Launched our new College Resource Center – a comprehensive toolkit for young adults living with food allergies and their families. The FAACT team met with parents, students, young adults, mental health professionals, lawyers, dining services, and college administrators to better understand the management of food allergies during the transition from high school to a four-year college, community college, trade/vocational school, or directly to the workforce.

  • As parents prepared for students to return to school, FAACT Civil Rights Advocacy Division worked with top leaders across the nation keep families updated with the latest information while offering one-on-one support to families who experienced accommodation issues in schools, including Covid-19 related issues. FAACT has assisted over 6,000 families since we launched in 2014.

  • Continued hosting Camp TAG virtually this summer and winter (and in 2020) where 435 campers and teens and over 100 parents participated - and we took camp to new levels as our children laughed, sang, learned, and met new friends.

  • Worked with FAACT's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Board so FAACT could better serve all of our food allergy community.

  • Expanded our resource centers for Behavioral Health, Civil Rights Advocacy, and Education to meet changing needs.

And there is much more to come in 2022!

Your continued support can help make that happen - whether it's $10, $25, $50, $75 or whatever amount you can give.

We have a grand prize raffle for those who donate $100 or more.
The winner will be announced on January 3 and will have a choice of choosing ONE of the following:

  • Registration for ONE (1) to attend FAACT's Camp TAG offered in OH, TN, CO, or NY in Summer 2022 (Value $475)

  • Registration for TWO (2) to attend FAACT's Teen Retreat in Oak Brook, IL, October 28-30, 2022 (Value $650)
