How to make: Preheat your oven to 180 fan. Blend the oats until a flour consistency is formed. In a mixing bowl add the oat flour, gluten free flour, baking powder and salt. Add the melted coconut to the dry ingredients then the maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough is formed. Add the dough to a bowl and cover with cling film for 15 mins. Once the dough is ready, roll it out and take your cookie cutter and cut out 9 circles and place on a greaseproof oven tray. Place in the oven for around 15 mins. While they are baking, melt your chocolate. Remove the biscuits from the oven and allow to cool for around 10 mins. Dip one half of the biscuit into the melted chocolate and place down to harden. Crush up some Gnawbles and sprinkle them over the chocolate dipped side. Now place in the fridge before eating and ENJOY! |
