SRH weekly favs // 9 intentional rituals to end the year, the planner you need for 2022 & more end-of-year goodness
Here we are at the end of another beautiful, impactful & just plain FULL year— in good ways, and in growth ways.
If you're reading this, you're probably ready for the reset of a fresh year…
Not that we need to overhaul and "resolve" to change our lives in the New Year.
But something about a fresh start is just so life giving, whether it's a new year, month, week or even day.
Every year for as long as I can remember, I've taken the time to reflect on the year that has passed.
It's a ritual that helps me process all that's happened, and really take in the lessons and amazing things that have happened, before moving on to what's new.
And I'm sharing some other New Year's goodies for you below too!
1.
The only planner I've used for years now. I am ob-SESSED with this planner, you guys. It has it all: today and to-do lists to break down your daily tasks, monthly & weekly calendars, goal setting worksheets, space to keep track of anything you need to… and, they're just the prettiest planner I've found. So worth it & makes you actually want to use it when it looks good and is well organized!
2.
A simple journal to track your thoughts & goals in 2022. I love this one— so simple and low-key, and it's easy to take with you wherever you go. In fact, it would be a great one to use for your New Year's intentions from today's blog post! ;) Even if you're not a big "journaler," this post will give you prompts to reflect on and write about to start the year feeling present and refreshed.
3.
This water bottle if staying hydrated is on your New Year's to-do list. I looooove that it comes with a straw and fits 34 oz of water, AND it keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours. Oh, and it's dishwasher safe and BPA free. Aka, the unicorn of water bottles. You'll be drinking more water in no time, and it won't feel like a chore.
I just wanted to say THANK YOU for being here. For loving my family and supporting my business and encouraging me every single week to be my best, most present self. I am so in awe of this community and the lives and health you're creating for yourself. So proud of you, and so excited to see what's to come in 2022.
Sending you so much love, and wishing you the happiest new year.
