| Have you ever made Angel Biscuits? This biscuit / dinner roll hybrid has been a staple in our home since the 1980's (no I couldn't be that old!) I've served them at showers, parties, office gatherings and holidays. They're great for breakfast, dinner or as the base for party sandwiches. Hosting a crowd to watch the Super Bowl or perhaps the winter Olympics? These may be just want you need to feed your hungry bunch. The simple yeasted dough is made the night before and refrigerated until needed. And, you can easily double the recipe if needed. My favorite way to enjoy these biscuits is with a little ham and honey mustard or hot pepper jelly. So good! Even if you're not a bread maker, you can make these biscuits. |
