A Winter Bundt Cake with Grapefruit & Blood Oranges

 

Glazed Citrus Bundt Cake from Yossi Arefi's first book Sweeter Off the Vine (a favorite!) that I made with blood oranges and grapefruit. The sweet, tart flavors and pieces of citrus flesh scattered throughout the cake (Yossy describes them as 'jammy pockets') are so lovely.

I store this in the fridge because I like to eat it cold, but it can be stored at room temperature.
