Chocoholics rejoice! Do I have THE cake for you!
I don't know about you, but I've always looked at mousse cakes as being very elegant and something I could never actually do in my own home.
I was wrong!
This is way easier than I thought and let me tell you why.

- A basic chocolate ganache on top

It's the most wonderful, fluffy chocolate mousse on top of a spongy chocolate cake.
You definitely won't be able to stop after one bite!
