February Giveaway Winner! Congrats to Patricia B for winning the Professional Ninja blenders this week! Happy Birthday to ME! It was my birthday yesterday. I turned a crazy 39 years old and feel pretty good about it. For my birthday, I attended a concert for the first time in two years and it was marvelous. I also made a carrot cake and ordered sushi. yay!

Instant Pot Cheeseburger Soup Turns out the flavors in a cheeseburger work surprisingly well in a soup! The soup itself is pretty easy to make, especially if you have a pressure cooker, but the toppings are where the soup shines. Sesame croutons? Pickles? All good on this soup!
