Since February, I've added 74 new recipes to the Meal Mentor App.

Unbelievable "Hacks"

1 tbsp tomato paste + 1 cup hot water = 8-oz can tomato sauce
Use HALF a can of full fat coconut milk + replace the rest with water. = 2 cans of "light" coconut milk for the price of one!
Process bread heels in a blender to make bread crumbs.
Store veggie scraps in a gallon freezer bag. When full, boil with 4-8 cups water (strain) for "free" vegetable broth.
Blend 1-3 slices apple with water to make applesauce.
