Tracking isn't the same as obsessing over food. Tracking food in some way actually SHORTENS the time it takes to get results, as you're not just guessing how much you eat (and you can still overeat even if you're "eating clean!" I see this all the time!)

 

I'll share FOUR different ways of tracking what you eat and none of them are hard or not doable...and none of them are meant to be done forever. 

 

And as for tracking food being the same as obsessing over food… NOPE. ❌

 

Think of it as following a recipe with ingredient measurements. 

 

You aren't obsessing over recipe measurements, right? 

 

Similarly, you're simply following a recipe here to get the nutrition you need for the body you want and the way you want to feel. You're learning about proper portion sizes for your unique body that gets you where you want to go.

⭐️ I choose to honor God with my body by being healthy instead of just skinny.
