Correct me if I am wrong we but I imagine you would love to have more energy, a flatter belly, improved digestion, balanced drama-free hormones, clear healthy skin, less pain, better skin, and hair - all the things right?
You want to feel better. Feel light, bright, calm, energized and like your badass self - so that you can be the parent you want to be, the partner/wife/friend, so that you can kill it in your career or start a property renovation or that Etsy business.
You know with more energy and better health everyone around you would benefit (you do KNOW that - right?)
But we hold back, don't we?
I did for YEARS. I tried little things here and there. Would go 'all in' and be super enthusiastic, remove ALL SUGAR from a mile radius around me, bin all the chocolate in my house - determined I would be pure and sugar-free.
...then I would end up eating a bag of giant chocolate buttons (no lie).

I have felt like this A LOT and my clients have too.
The other week I was chatting with a client and it was her last session and she was telling me that she had been raving to her Mum about how good she felt and how she was glad she signed up to work with me last year. I then reminded her that she felt physically ill before she signed up - she was so scared about 'wasting her money' (which I totally understandable - she worked hard for it!) she nearly didn't do it.
BUT she was struggling. She was in SO MUCH PAIN a few months ago and needed to feel better.
The doctors said there was nothing that could be done other than pain medication. She took the leap and honestly if she hadn't we didn't think, 5-6 months later she would be able to work anymore. If her pain, poor sleep, bloating and other issues had continued in the same way f she would have been signed off again, unable to work or study (she was juggling her career and university study for a future career change).
How much would it have cost her to put it off? She reckoned a lot...I did too.
And we often spend a lot of time thinking about how awful life will be without bread or sugar or daily G&T'S instead of how much is your health costing you now? How much joy, money, adventures, experiences, promotions, enjoyment, confidence, pleasure, wealth is it robbing from you?
I know it's a hard question - like an uncomfortable wedgie you can't get rid of ;) But when I asked myself this years ago I realised my joint pain, diarrhea, anxiety, and fatigue were costing me too much.
What about you? Cos our health directly impacts the life we lead. It impacts every facet of our lives - our career, money, family, relationship, joy, and freedom...but we often forget about that and just carry on until we hit breaking point.
