Happy Saturday, friends!
We had a crazy Thursday so I'm late getting this newsletter written. My daughter crushed her finger at work so we spent 3 hours in the ER to find out that she had a compound fracture that will require yet another doctor's appointment. She was a trooper, but I was exhausted by the end of the day. On a happier note, Spring has arrived! Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead.
SEASONAL FAVORITES - Here are some of the tasty treats I shared on social media this week
White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies - A classic pairing. These buttery cookies are divine!
Red Velvet Cookies - I dug this cookie recipe out of the archives. All the white chocolate chips make these impossible to resist.
Spritz Cookies - All the different shapes and colors make these fun cookies to make for any holiday or event.
ON THE BLOG THIS WEEK:
Cheesecake Filled Carrot Cake - Two of my favorite desserts in one!
Salmon Loaf - A retro recipe that's always on our Lenten Friday dinner rotation.
Easter Bread - This braided loaf is tender, slightly sweet and absolutely delicious! Now with a video to show how to make it.
Happy Baking,
XOXO, Liz, That Skinny Chick Can Bake
