KPM Analytics offers a full range of EyePro and Sightline brand Vision Inspection systems. These turn-key solutions allow a complete 3D, full color, 360-degree quality check of the final product: they can extract multiple quality parameters (size, shape, color, defect, foreign objects) simultaneously at speeds of up to 100 objects per second. High-speed cameras and imaging software detect products as they move along a conveyor belt.
Data can be converted into standard units for quality control. Operators are informed in real time: they can closely monitor the process, make quick decisions and adjust the production line. Products that are out-of-spec can be automatically and immediately rejected, thus guaranteeing consistency and quality of production.
