I'm back from Florida after spending a week there with my family for my kids' spring break. Although the travel is always stressful, it's always worth it. It was nice to be in the warmth, outdoors, and give my kids time with their grandparents. I always come back from those trips excited to get back into a routine, but sad to leave! This week we've got two new posts on the blog for you: the most delicious grilled cheese EVER. Seriously, it's packed with veggies! And our favorite toys for babies aged 0-6 months. I can't believe the twins are going to be 7 months soon - mind-blowing! Right now, I'm just trying to keep organized. I'm in desperate need of a spring cleaning. I need to go through all of the kids toys and clothes, all of my clothes, and just PURGE. Donate, etc. I need a clean slate. It's going to be a busy summer with some travel, summer camps, and getting ready for the launch of my next cookbook! OH! And I forgot.... tomorrow is my birthday! I turn the big 3-5. Officially halfway through my 30s. Lots to reflect on. I'll be spending it starting tonight with an evening massage and then pampering myself for the birthday day and then having dinner with the family at home (getting takeout from our favorite restaurant) and then going out for drinks with my girlfriends. Thanks for the birthday wishes in advance! Ali Maffucci Founder, Inspiralized Quote of the week: "Don't just count your years, make your years count." - George Meredith |
