Easy Carrot Pasta Sauce If you are in a pasta rut, this carrot pasta sauce is something very different. Caramelized and blended carrots with just a few extras makes for a super creamy and slightly sweet pasta sauce! 
Mediterranean Farro Bowls This is one of my favorite wonderful bowls for dinner or lunch. Roasted cauliflower topped with all kinds of veggies in a fluffy farro with a simple yogurt sauce. Hard to beat it! 
Citrus Brined Pork Chops I made these pork chops a few years ago for Simply Recipes and I always like to bring them back up before grilling season. The citrus brine is SO good on any lean meat. Happy weekend everybody! __________________________________________________________
