A lot of people tell me they don't care for no-bake cheesecake because it's not the "real thing".
I get it. I LOVE cheesecake too.
But then they try a bite of my no-bake cheesecakes....
And I often hear "I never would have guessed this was no-bake".
You'll have to give it a try for yourself.
