I love my Double Chocolate Brownies because the ingredients go directly from food processor, to baking dish, to oven in under 10 minutes. Another plus? They're super nourishing and healthy, made with a base of coconut flour and ground-up dark chocolate chips, a powerful antioxidant.
My family adores this recipe because it's gooey, rich chocolate heaven in an 8x8 baking dish.
Most grain free recipes use almond flour, not this one. So if you're cooking for someone on a Nut Free Diet I've got you covered.

TCHA My Weed of Choice
THCA, or tetrahydrocannabinol-acid, is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid found in raw and live cannabis. This cannabinoid acid is a precursor to the more popular THC.
THCA is an effective neuroprotectant. Beneficial in the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's disease, by reducing inflammation, it helps to limit neurological damage and alleviate symptoms.
My weed of choice is THCA cannabis oil, which is a non-psychoactive form. It's highly anti-inflammatory, which is extremely beneficial for my autoimmune disease symptoms, and doesn't make me high, which is perfect!
