Our 3-step guide for choosing the best foods for your body.
Does this sound familiar?
You decide to start a new way of eating… so you go online and download a list of “approved” and “off-limits” foods.
Grocery list in hand you plan a few meals and hit the store. You’re doing great!
Then a few days in… you really want to have a small scoop of ice cream with friends. So you do.
And then all the doubt and regret and worrying sets in…
Have you totally sabotaged your keto diet? Completely ruined your attempt at plant-based living?
Short answer: No.
While many diet programs advise you to look at foods as “good” or “bad”—and then try to avoid the “bad” foods all the time…
At PN we do things a little differently.
We think of foods on a continuum from “eat more” to “eat less”—meaning you can occasionally indulge in treats you love while staying true to your eating ideals most of the time.
This approach promotes one of the most crucial philosophies of our nutrition coaching method: Progress, not perfection.
It’s key to consistency and results. And it applies to every way of eating out there.
The best part?
We’ve put together a handy infographic that will help you figure out how to use this approach to decide what to eat and how often to eat it—without giving up the foods you love.
This^^ is just a sneak peek of the infographic. Click above to see the full guide, and learn how to choose the best foods for your goals and your body.
To be clear: You won't find a list of “good” or “bad” foods here.
That rarely works in the long run.
Instead, we've placed foods on a spectrum of “eat more” to “eat some” to “eat less.”
This makes it much easier for you to choose foods that are best for your body and taste buds—without the rigid rules or diet dogma.
By the way, there’s still time to join the presale list for our next Precision Nutrition Coaching group. Registration opens on July 20.
