Marinades and Grilling Recipes
  1. Here's a recipe for my Favorite Garlic Marinade which can be used for any protein you like! I have timing for how long to marinate and all the details on the recipe.
  2. This is my go-to Island Chicken Marinade which is also great with beef if you like.
  3. Sirloin Steak with Chimichurri Sauce is never a bad idea for a cookout.
  4. This new Grilled Greek Chicken Thighs recipe is a great for a crowd and can easily be doubled.
Tried and Tested Summer Salad Recipes
  1. This Southwest-inspired recipe for Quinoa Salad with Mango and Black Beans has been a favorite here since 2016!
  2. I love having a vegan recipe to share so that everyone has an option no matter their eating preferences. This zesty Corn Salad with Jalapeno and Cilantro Dressing is always a winner.
  3. Our viral Chickpea Salad with Vegan Avocado Basil Dressing is a new favorite with fans of Healthy Seasonal Recipes.
  4. This Asian Sesame Coleslaw has been on the blog since 2014! The crunchy texture and savory dressing goes with a wide variety of barbecue fare.
Inspired Potato & Pasta Salad Recipes
  1. Our Red, White and Blue Potato salad can be made with or without blue cheese. It has horseradish and bacon for a gourmet flavor explosion! It's fantastic with burgers and steak.
  2. This crowd-pleasing Greek Orzo Pasta Salad has lemon, oregano and garlic, fresh herbs and plenty of veggies!
  3. Our take on Italian Pasta Salad doesn't include any salami or meats, but it does have a rocking red wine vinaigrette and loads of extra veggies to make it healthier.
  4. It took a while to perfect a Classic Potato Salad, and this one is really something to try! It is much lower in cals and fat, but nobody will know because it has all the taste and creaminess of traditional potato salad.
Favorite Veggie Side Dishes
  1. You can't go wrong with a big platter of Summer Fresh Tomatoes. This is the version my family always makes with anchovies on top! I also add on olives and avocado for something a little out of the ordinary.
  2. I assure you having a lower calorie option is always a good idea to contrast with the heartier barbecue fare. This Simple Skinny Cucumber Salad fits the bill and is light and refreshing.
  3. Move over burgers, make space on the grill for this simple veggie dish! Grilled Zucchini with balsamic glaze is another awesome veggie option to share.
  4. I return to Pickled Beets over and over all summer long and I never tire of the sweet and tangy taste and garlicky dressing. You may just find me eating them straight out of the bowl!
