The long 4th of July weekend is staring us down, and are any of us ready?!
(lol not me)
We're still working out our plans, and I'm still menu daydreaming. Summer food, and summer desserts are some of my fave, and I can't wait to make something fun and delicious!

The Best Strawberry Shortcakes — a must for summer celebrations! and perfect for a big group.
Chocolate Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches — Homemade cookies + store-bought ice cream is the summertime hack we all need to remember.
