Root causes for your fatigue & awful hormones. (3 options)

Here in the UK it's a bank holiday so that means rainey BBQs and lots of bunting to mark our Queenies 70-year hardcore career. Whatever your thoughts are about the Royal Family - she is one hard-working lady...and any excuse for more bunting right?

Anyway - when people ask me about what I do as a holistic nutritionist I summarise by saying I help people with their periods, poop and energy.
